Most of you know I am a vegetarian and raising my daughter as one too. This book motivates me to continue the path that I have felt for our family. It is more than that though because it is an awesome reminder that we are responsible for our Earth in many ways and it starts with what we eat. The book encourages us to also not eat dairy and to become vegans, a plant based diet is optimal for our health. The book literally makes you feel ok about easing into change and to watch and listen to your body as those changes happen. Read it! I love the journey I have been on since becoming vegetarian and that it continues to progress and open my heart to many more things that are helping the Earth.
